At the time I was doing my research on companies to build my new workshop, PWS had very few online reviews which made me a little unsure.  Eventually I decided to have PWS build my building largely based on Denny and his responsiveness and trustworthy nature.  PWS handled all the permitting and coordination with their subcontractor who handled the extensive grading and concrete work.  This work was all done to a very high standard.  The building itself was beautifully constructed to high quality, and soon after completion endured very high rainfall levels without one drop of water inside.  Chris in their office is also a tremendous resource and always responsive to all needs.  Why choose PWS?  Choose them if you value good old-fashioned trust, metal building experience and a quality final product. Denny and Leon managed the shop on site, and we were able to talk to them at anytime whether in person or on the phone. If we couldn't reach them, Chris in the office would take care of anything and make sure our questions or concerns were answered in a timely manner. The building foreman, Fernando and his Crew did a great job on the building itself. Concrete and grading were done by Subcontractors and Leon managed them, and made sure their work was done in a timely manner and correctly.
